Eric Rodez could be called a "champagne composer" the same way that a perfumer is composing a perfume or a musician is composing music.
When this is done in respect with nature, and offers us more of its taste, we even love it more !

​Eric Rodez started to work on the family domain in 1982 and after discovering the vineyard he turned to look for changing habits and soils. He tested the different technics adjusting its fertilisation program while protecting the environment and respecting nature, time and seasons and came back to caring the 6ha vineyard mechanically.  
Its studies for improving its technic took 10 years and he is still learning more everyday..
In a second time he learned how to protect the vineyard with biodynamic technic to progress towards a more respectful agriculture.
